The Lord is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love. The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.
What this means:
His heart breaks for our pain. He doesn’t ignore suffering — He moves toward it. Jesus’ life on earth showed this perfectly: He wept, healed, comforted, and lifted the broken.
What this means for you:
God isn’t distant from your struggle. When you cry, He’s not watching from afar — He’s right beside you, holding your heart.
Pray:
“God, thank You that You care about the things that hurt me.”
