The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

God did this so that they would seek Him and perhaps reach out for him and find Him, though He is not far from any one of us.
What this means:
He’s not far away in the heavens — He’s right here. He’s with you in the ordinary moments: when you’re driving, cooking, working, or crying alone in your room. His presence is constant.
What this means for you:
You can talk to Him anytime. You don’t need a special place or a perfect prayer. Just turn your heart toward Him.
Pray:
“God, help me to be aware of Your presence with me right now.”
