FOCUS

The world will try to label you by what you’ve done or what you’re not. But your true identity is found only in Christ—you are chosen, loved, forgiven, and set apart for His purpose.

KEY SCRIPTURE

1 Peter 2:9 (NIV) - “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

DEVOTIONAL

Identity is one of the biggest struggles for young people today. Culture says your worth is based on your looks, your achievements, or your popularity. But those things change. God’s truth doesn’t.

In Christ, you are not your mistakes. You’re not defined by people’s opinions. You’re not even limited by your past. You are a new creation, set apart for God’s purpose.

Here’s the deeper truth: when you root your identity in Christ, it changes everything. You no longer chase approval—you live free from the worry of gaining approval from others. You don’t wonder if you’re enough—you know God says you are. This identity gives you confidence, clarity, and peace in a world full of confusion.

The more you walk in your God-given identity, the freer you’ll feel. The enemy can’t chain you to lies when you know the truth of who you are in Christ.
